Installation Steps

1. Drill/prepare precise tank wall hole.

2. Insert connector body through wall.

3. Place washers on both sides for sealing.

4. Tighten back nut to specified torque to ensure a secure, leak-proof joint.

   • Torque values vary by size — e.g., 1/2″ ~15–20 ft-lb, 3/4″ ~25–30 ft-lb, etc. (typical guideline).

Sealing Tips

• Use appropriate rubber or EPDM washers.

• Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape on threaded joints where appropriate (especially tapered threads like NPT).

• Ensure no burrs on tank wall edges to avoid damaging washers.
